Aluminum Titanate Riser Tubes

 

Aluminum titanate is a ceramic material with an orthorhombic crystal structure, composed of alumina (Al₂O₃) and titanium dioxide (TiO₂) in a specific chemical ratio.Al₂TiO₅ has a high melting point of 1,860 °C ± 10 °C, a low coefficient of thermal expansion (α < 2.0 × 10⁻⁶ / °C from room temperature to 1,000 °C), and excellent thermal shock resistance.

Bushing Tubes

 

Bushing tubes are critical support components of the riser tube system in low-pressure aluminum casting (LPDC) systems, enabling the controlled transfer of molten metal from the ladle to the mold.

Designed to operate under high temperatures and continuous metal contact, it maintains system centering, minimizes wear, and supports sealing performance.

Ladle Coating - Silcadur HTP

 

Silcadur HTP is a high-temperature resistant protective coating paint specifically developed for ladles used in aluminum casting and melting processes. It provides superior adhesion to metal surfaces, extending the service life of the ladles and increasing operational efficiency.

Flux

 

Flux is a high-performance product developed for the effective separation of oxide layers, slag, and non-metallic residues formed during aluminum melting and holding processes.

Graphite Rotor – Shaft
